You agree not to use AI Homeschool Academy to:
- Gain or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data or administrative functions
- Access, or attempt to access, another family's records
- Scrape, crawl or systematically download content
- Share credentials beyond the use permitted by your plan
- Circumvent plan restrictions, usage limits, paywalls or access controls
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Service, to the extent such restriction is legally enforceable
- Upload or distribute malware, or interfere with the operation, security or availability of the Service
- Commit fraud, including payment fraud or chargeback abuse
- Harass, threaten, defame or abuse other users in community areas
- Engage in illegal activity or upload unlawful content
- Upload content that infringes someone else's intellectual property
- Attempt to manipulate AI features to defeat safety systems, produce harmful content, or extract system instructions
